India, March 28 -- When you are Rishabh Pant, the expectations are always sky-high. The Lucknow Super Giants spent Rs.27 crore - the most by any team in IPL history - in the mega auction for nothing. Pant is one of those rare cricketers who brings the thrills of T20 batting to Test cricket, with reasonable consistency. When the same batter, for some strange reason, struggles to maintain a specific strike rate in T20s, fans are left with very few options but to scratch their heads. Pant's career T20 strike rate is 127 and his start to IPL 2025 has been even worse. But surely that can't be the reason for TV anchors to show rage on-air, right? Wrong!
