New Delhi, Nov. 26 -- The Public Works Department (PWD) is planning to install an automated mist spraying system on streetlight poles around east Delhi's Anand Vihar, which is one of the most persistent pollution hotspot in the city. Officials said that the misting system will likely run in two shifts from 6am to 2pm and 4pm to 10pm to target peak traffic hours when dust and vehicular emissions combine.
