India, Sept. 4 -- Amazon Seller Services Pvt Ltd has signed a 20-year lease for a 5.59 lakh sq ft warehouse in Hooghly, near Kolkata, at a starting monthly rent of Rs.1.26 crore (nearly Rs.430 crore), marking one of the largest warehousing deals in India, according to property registration documents obtained by Propstack.

The space has been leased by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited by Nahar Industrial Enterprises Limited.

The transaction has been structured as a pre-lease, with handover of the facility scheduled between January 2026 and June 2026.
