New Delhi, Jan. 20 -- TVK chief Vijay on Monday told the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) sleuths that his party had taken all the necessary permissions from the district administration for his political rally in Karur district of Tamil Nadu, according to officials familiar with the matter. The actor-politician had also blamed the state administration officials and police for the mismanagement, the officials said.
