India, Jan. 29 -- White House border czar Tom Homan, on Thursday, explained the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)'s plans for Minnesota days after the fatal shooting of 37-year-old nurse Alex Pretti in Minneapolis. The 64-year-old reiterated that federal officials are not leaving the state 'until the problem is gone'.
In the press conference early in the day, Homan acknowledged that ICE and Border Patrol operations in Minneapolis could be improved. His statement came as several locals are protesting the shootings of Alex Pretti and Renee Nicole Good.
Homan said that President Donald Trump sent him to Minnesota to 'seek solutions'.
