New Delhi, Feb. 6 -- At 10.30am, the urban village of Akbarpur Majra, which is a part of the Narela assembly constituency in north Delhi, was abuzz with activityas residents of the village lined up outside the only school here to cast their votes. The booth had already recorded a turnout of over 15% by 9am, against an overall Delhi turnout of 9.1% in the first two hours.

Locals make their way from house to house, checking if their neighbour voted, showcasing the sense of community that has long propelled it to the top of voter turnout charts in the past.
