India, Dec. 2 -- Air India on Tuesday warned of flight delays owing to a "third-party disruption", which it said was affecting "check-in systems at various airports."

The disruption has resulted in delays across multiple airlines, including Air India, the carrier said.

"Our airport teams are working diligently to ensure a smooth check-in experience for all passengers," Air India said in a post on social media platform X.

The carrier further said that the system was getting restored gradually, adding that some flights would continue to experience delays "until the situation fully normalises."
