New Delhi, May 5 -- Indian, US and European airlines have suspended flights to Tel Aviv following a Houthi missile attack near Israel's Ben Gurion airport on Sunday. Earlier in the day, an Air India flight from Delhi to Tel Aviv had to be diverted to Abu Dhabi following the missile attack. The flight, AI 139, that was believed to be an hour away from Tel Aviv landed safely. Later in the day, the airline suspended its operations to the city until May 6. Other airlines like Delta, Ryanair, Air France, Lufthansa, United too cancelled their flights to Tel Aviv. SWISS Airline said that it has suspended flights to Tel Aviv until and including May 6.
