India, Feb. 12 -- Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut accused veteran social activist Anna Hazare of being biased towards the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), asking why he remained silent on the "irregularities" committed under the NDA governments after 2014.
