India, Jan. 31 -- Former adult star Emily Willis' family has taken legal action against Summit Malibu and its parent company Malibu Lighthouse Treatment Centres, LLC, according to a new lawsuit. The explosive complaint, citing "abuse of a dependent adult, professional negligence, negligence and fraudulent business practices," reportedly comes after the 25-year-old woman was left "permanently disabled" following her rehab stint for drug addiction.
