India, Oct. 17 -- Ace Frehley, the lead guitarist for KISS, died Thursday at 74. His agent said Frehley passed away peacefully in Morristown, surrounded by loved ones, following a recent fall. Family members said they are "completely devastated and heartbroken," describing him as a man whose laughter and kindness touched everyone around him.

"We are completely devastated and heartbroken," Frehley's family said in a statement.
