New Delhi, Feb. 4 -- The debate in Lok Sabha on the President's speech briefly turned into a campaign for the Delhi elections, after Bharatiya Janata Party lawmaker Ramvir Singh Bidhuri said in the House that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) had "looted" the national capital and turned it into "hell".

The South Delhi MP accused the AAP government of depriving the people of Delhi benefits like housing, transport, healthcare among others. He also listed out the development work carried out by the Central government -building biodiversity parks along Yamuna, expressways, and infrastructure projects.

"Such work is possible only if God comes down on Earth or such miracles can be done by Modi ji and no one else," he said.
