India, April 23 -- Actor-producer Aamir Khan does not believe the Hindi film industry is lagging behind in quality when compared to the regional film industries. Talking to The Hollywood Reporter India, Aamir said that Bollywood has 'improved' compared to the 1970s-80s and thinks it's just a low phase for the industry.
