ustice Surya Kant, the 53rd Chief Justice of India, embodies a rare blend of intellectual depth, administrative clarity and human warmth - qualities that have defined his journey from a village in Hisar to the summit of India's judiciary. Born in 1962, he rose through the Hisar courts to become Haryana's youngest Advocate General at 38, and then to the Bench in 2004.
