NEW DELHI, Aug. 7 -- The Delhi Police arrested within 48 hours the man who allegedly snatched Congress MP R Sudha's gold chain following an operation that saw deployment of 80 personnel and scanning of 5,000 CCTV clips. When asked whether similar efforts were made in other snatching cases, police said that 83% of all reported cases had been solved this year compared to previous years.P7
