India, March 10 -- The Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) administration will scrap 46 buses that are currently in a junk state in the fleet. The process related to this is in its final stage, and the spare parts of these buses will be sold through an auction. The administration aims to generate a revenue of Rs.2.5 to 3 lakh per bus from this process. This move will also reduce congestion at depots, stations and parking areas.
