4 dead as storm sweeps NCR
New Delhi, May 18 -- At least three people were killed when the wall of an under-construction basement collapsed in Paharganj, and a fourth person died when a wall collapsed in the Shahbad Dairy area, shortly after a sudden storm and heavy rain lashed parts of the city on Saturday, police said.
The freak weather also led to a range of infrastructural damage, flipping a portion of the tin roof of the New Ashok Nagar NamoBharat Station and uprooting several trees that crushed vehicles parked beneath them.
