Jaipur, April 5 -- A special court in Jaipur on Friday held four accused as guilty in the case of a bomb found near a temple in the city in May 2008. The quantum of punishment will be announced on Monday, April 8.

On 13 May, 2008, nine bombs hit Jaipur which exploded at seven locations within 15 minutes. Saif-ur-Rehman, Mohammed Saif, Mohammed Sarwar Azmi and Shahbaz Ahmed were involved in planting the ninth bomb near the Ramchandraji temple in Chandpole bazaar. The decision in the cases comes after 17 years.

The court found the four accused guilty under IPC sections 153 a (promoting enmity between different groups), 120B (criminal conspiracy), among others.
