New Delhi, Feb. 11 -- The railway unit of Delhi Police has arrested four people - three women and a man - for kidnapping children from the New Delhi railway station, police said on Monday, adding that two infants have also been rescued.
With the arrests, police said they have also found out about a network of child traffickers.
Deputy commissioner of police (New Delhi Railway unit) KPS Malhotra said that the alleged kidnappings came to light after multiple complaints were filed in the past months about children going missing from various locations of the railway station.
CCTV footages and investigations led to the arrests on Monday. Malhotra said all four accused have been sent to judicial custody.
