India, March 25 -- The Western Railway on Monday cancelled 38 long-distance trains and diverted or rescheduled 26 others after a segmental launching gantry for the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail corridor, popularly known as the bullet train project, fell on tracks at Vatva around 11pm on Sunday, officials said. No casualty was reported in the incident, nor did it cause any damage to the erected structure, the national high speed rail corporation said. htc
