India, March 4 -- One man has been arrested in connection with the murder of a 22-year-old Congress worker, whose body was found stuffed inside a suitcase near the Sampla bus stand on the Rohtak-Delhi highway on March 1, Rohtak police said on Monday. Sachin Kumar alias Dhillu, 30, a resident of Khairpur village in Jhajjar, was produced before a local court, which granted police his three-day remand. ADGP for Rohtak range Krishan Kumar Rao said: "The accused said he came in contact with Himani Narwal through social media over a year-and-a half ago. On February 27 Sachin visited Himani and stayed overnight. The next day, an argument ensued over some issue. He strangled her with a charger cord and stuffed her body into a suitcase." P11
