NEW DELHI, July 31 -- A 28-year-old man died and his elder brother was injured upon being hit by a car on the Africa Avenue Road in southwest Delhi on Sunday night. Police said the accused, a 20-year-old driver from Bulandshahr, Dev Bharti, was apprehended on Wednesday.
The accident took place around 9.15pm when the two victims, who work as AC mechanics, were returning home from Dwarka.
"Sachin Kumar, succumbed to the injuries and Sonu Kumar is still undergoing treatment," a senior police officer said.htc
