Srinagar, May 18 -- Srinagar Police has booked 23 terror associates under the Public Safety Act for allegedly disturbing public order and indulging in criminal and subversive activities, officers aware of the matter said on Saturday. "The accused have been booked after obtaining formal detention orders from the Srinagar DM's office, based on dossiers prepared against them by Srinagar Police," a police spokesperson said, adding that the accused have been detained and lodged in the district jails of Poonch, Udhampur and Kot Bhalwal in Jammu.
