India, Jan. 13 -- Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd. has upgraded its Punch micro-SUV for the first time since the model debuted in 2021, with sharper styling, streamlined variants and, most importantly, a turbo-petrol engine.

Tata Motors has priced the new Punch aggressively, keeping the starting price identical to that of the outgoing model despite the upgrades.

The 2026 Tata Punch SUV is available in six variants-namely Smart, Pure, Pure+, Adventure, Accomplished and Accomplished + S-with starting prices ranging from Rs.5.59-8.99 lakh. It rivals the Maruti Suzuki Ignis and Hyundai Exter, as well as the Renault Kiger and Nissan Magnite, in its segment.
