India, Sept. 17 -- The Bombay High Court on Tuesday raised questions about the scope of appeals against the acquittal of all seven accused in the 2008 Malegaon blasts case. Such appeals cannot be treated as an "open gate for everyone", the bench comprising chief justice Shree Chandrashekhar and justice Gautam Ankhad emphasised, and sought clarity on whether relatives of the deceased who have appealed before the court had testified during the trial.
