New Delhi, April 17 -- Two teenagers were killed and two of their friends were severely injured when their speeding two-wheeler rammed into a road divider in east Delhi's Trilokpuri area early Wednesday. Police said the four friends, aged between 17 and 19, were out on a joyride and were all riding a single two-wheeler without wearing helmets.

They were travelling from Trilokpuri to Pandav Nagar when they lost control of the vehicle and crashed.

The impact was so severe that their scooter was bent out of shape and the riders were flung into the air.
