Jammu/ Dehradun/ Mandi, July 11 -- Heavy rainfall continued to wreak havoc in several north Indian states, including Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh, triggering incidents of landslides, floods and train derailment, officials aware of the matter said. An 11-year-old girl, Afiya Kousar, died after she was hit by a boulder during a landslide in Mendhar tehsil of Poonch district on Thursday, said officials. Additionally, an engine of a freight train, on its way to Punjab from Jammu, derailed near the Lakhanpur area of Kathua district on Thursday morning, officials said.
