16 bills on house agenda during budget session

New Delhi, Jan. 31 -- The Centre has listed 16 bills, besides the financial business, for the Budget session of Parliament which begins on Friday.

The first half of the session will focus on the President's speech, the Budget speech, the debate on the two speeches and related issues. The second half will see the ministry-wise demands for grants discussion, the passage of the Finance Bill and other legislative issues.

The Budget session will end on April 4. Both houses will be adjourned for recess on February 13 and resume on March 10. P10
