PATNA, Sept. 27 -- With the only four days left before the final publication of electoral rolls as per Special Intensive Revision ( SIR) conducted in Bihar, there are possibilities that around 120,000-130,000 more names could figure in the final updated list to be published on September 30. The final updated electoral rolls could have around 73.7 million voters , which will be around 520,000 less than the last updated electoral rolls of 78.9 million voters as on June this year.
