Kolkata, Oct. 22 -- The body of an 11-year-old girl was found in a cupboard at her residence in Alipore area of Kolkata, police said on Tuesday, while local residents have accused the girl's stepmother of subjecting her to prolonged torture. According to police, the deceased is the daughter of the elder sister of Sanjay Roy, the convict in the RG Kar Hospital rape and murder case. Her mother died by suicide nearly five years ago, following which Roy's brother-in-law married his younger sister. "The body of an 11-year-old girl was found hanging inside the cupboard in her house at Vidyasagar colony in Alipore.
