India, March 27 -- The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Mumbai has achieved a 100% placement record for its 2025 batch, with two students securing a salary package of Rs.54 lakh per annum, the highest this year, from Microsoft.

A total of 480 students, including 377 males and 103 females, secured placements this year. The number of participating companies, at 198, was 10% higher than the previous year, when 180 companies participated in the placement process.

"The top 10% of the 2025 batch secured an average salary of Rs.47.5 lakh per annum while the top 20% and top 50% secured packages of Rs.41.2 lakh and Rs.34.1 lakh per annum, respectively," said Vartika Shrivastava, placement officer, IIM Mumbai. The overall increase in salary p...
