India, Jan. 27 -- The adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is growing swiftly across the globe, with many asserting that AI will shape the future. In light of this, the Punjab Government has initiated a programme to provide foundational knowledge of AI to students in its government schools, known as the 'School of Eminence'.

AI lab is being established

The Government of Punjab - led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Khan - is also establishing a lab to teach AI to students in schools. This lab is being built in Mohali where class 11-12 students will be taught about this technology.
