'Pak couple eloped, died of dehydration in Raj'
Barmer, July 2 -- Three days after a Pakistani couple's bodies were found in Jaisalmer district of Rajasthan, about 11km away from the International Border, police said on Tuesday that they had died of dehydration.
Police identified the deceased as Ravi Kumar (17) and Shanti Bai (15), residents of Mirpur Mathelo area of Sindh province in Pakistan. Their decomposed bodies were found in the Tanot area of Jaisalmer district on June 28.
"The condition of the bodies indicated they had been dead for several days and had turned black due to advanced decomposition.
