India, Feb. 17 -- A Nangloi resident, Manoj was a welder by profession, who was going to Prayagraj for Maha Kumbh with 10 others, including his wife Anju Dev, said she saw him dying in front of her eyes. "There were a lot of people, but I would blame the security personnel because my husband fell after they started using their lathis on people," she said. Devi said her relatives managed to take her husband outside the station after crossing tracks.
