New Delhi, March 11 -- Delhi education minister Ashish Sood on Monday said he has been closely monitoring the admission process at the document verification stage under the economically weaker section (EWS) quota in Delhi's private schools continues.
"Parents can lodge complaints directly with the education minister if irregularities found in EWS quota admissions," Sood said.
The draw of lots for EWS and disadvantaged group (DG) quota admissions in Delhi's private schools for 2025-26was been held on March 5.
According to an official, the directorate of education has already verified 6,192 documents of 7,042 students who visited the designated centres.
