New Delhi, April 25 -- Indian men's cricket team head coach and former MP Gautam Gambhir received death threats over two emails on Tuesday, the day of Pahalgam terror attack. Police said both the emails had a subject line "ISIS...Kashmir".
Police said both emails, sent through Gmail, read: "I kill you".
The first email was received around 2pm and the second around 7pm, police said.
"We have been informed about an alleged threat mail received on an email ID associated with Gautam Gambhir. Same is being investigated," Harsha Vardhan, DCP (central) said.
Police officers said Gambhir's security is being upgraded.
