India, Dec. 20 -- Ishan Kishan made a comeback into the Indian team setup, on Saturday. The wicketkeeper-batter has been selected in the 15-man T20 World Cup 2026 squad, after helping Jharkhand to the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy title, where he was also the top run-scorer.
After his selection, Kishan opened up on his comeback and looked delighted. Speaking to ANI, he said, "I am very happy."
He further added, "Also very happy for my domestic team, Jharkhand, on winning their maiden SMAT trophy! Everyone played really well"
