India, March 27 -- Maharashtra minister Shambhuraj Desai on Thursday slammed comedian Kunal Kamra over his new reposted video targeting union finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman, saying that it was now time for him to get 'prasad of Shiv Sena'.

This comes amid an ongoing row of Kamra's 'traitor' jibe at Shiv Sena chief Eknath Shinde. Desai accused the comic of 'deliberately' insulting prominent figures like Shinde, Sitharaman, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

"Kunal Kamra has crossed all limits; the water has gone above the head, and now it's time to give him 'Prasad.' Wherever he's hiding, we will drag him out. Kamra needs to face the consequences of his actions," ANI quoted Shambhuraj Desai as saying.
