India, March 26 -- The Madhya Pradesh high court at Jabalpur has flagged a lawyer's outburst to chief justice Suresh Kumar Kait, underlining that the lawyer made "disgraceful and contemptuous remarks" during court proceedings on March 22.
In a brief order, justice Anuradha Shukla recorded lawyer PC Paliwal's remarks made in Hindi in her order and requested that the order be placed before chief justice Kait.
"In the light of statement made by counsel for the appellant it is evident that he is making disgraceful and contemptuous remarks against this Court, therefore, it would be appropriate that certified copy of this order is placed before Hon'ble the Chief Justice for his kind perusal and needful," justice Shukla said in her order.
