New Delhi, March 8 -- Delhi assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta on Friday directed officials concerned that the National e-Vidhan Application (NeVA) - an app-driven initiative aimed at making state legislative processes paperless and digital - should be implemented in the Assembly within the next 100 days.

The directions came following a meeting with officials from the ministry of parliamentary affairs. NeVA aims to have a unified digital platform for all legislative functions, including submission of notices, ministerial replies, committee reports, and access to a digital library, officials said.
