New Delhi, July 17 -- The Capital will replicate best practices from Norway and Hong Kong in its first e-waste eco-park, to be developed in Holambi Kalan, north Delhi, environment minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa said on Wednesday. The Rs.150-crore facility, to be developed by DSIIDC, will process 51,000 metric tonnes of e-waste annually and generate Rs.350 crore in economic output, officials said. "We are studying successful models across the world, including Norway.., and Hong Kong, where e-waste facilities operate within cities but cause zero pollution," said Sirsa.htc
