New Delhi, Dec. 9 -- The Delhi High Court on Monday ordered social media intermediaries and e-commerce platforms to remove, within three days, all material that infringes the personality rights of Telugu actor Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao Junior (NTR Jr), including any defamatory content.
The bench added that it would hear the case on December 22 and issue a comprehensive order regarding NTR Jr.'s personality rights. "We will pass the formal order on the next date," she remarked.
A bench of justice Manmeet PS Arora issued the order while dealing with the actor's petition seeking protection of his personality rights, after the actor's lawyer submitted that his client's personality rights were being misused by various entities. htc
