PANJIM, Oct. 24 -- After missing out traditional date of October 14, the Southwest monsoon has finally withdrawn over Goa coast on Saturday.

However, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) Goa observatory has predicted that isolated convective activity will continue for the State in the coming two days.

The IMD Goa In-Charge Rahul said that Southwest monsoon has withdrawn over entire Goa on October 23, Saturday.

The monsoon withdrawal over entire country is expected around October 26, as against normal date of October 15.
