MARGAO, March 23 -- The Congress legislator MLA Aleixo Reginaldo Lourenco has hit a self goal by urging Congress Goa President not to contest any election.
Reginaldo who has been very vocal regarding the affairs of Congress, ever since he has been MLA, has said that GPCC President Girish Chodankar should not contest the elections, but instead strengthen the party.
Reginaldo further added that there is no dearth of leadership in Congress and hence Girish Chodankar should strengthen the party.
