Ponda, Sept. 11 -- The Nirmal Vishwa (Goa), an NGO working in field of environment, has condoled the death of Dr Arwind Untalwale a learned man of mangroves. Nirmal Vishwa Secretary Pradeep Kamat said that Dr Untalwale was a campaigner for coastal floral ecosystem at national and international forums.
