Brief Summary: This prospective case-control study aims to validate the Lung Sliding Index (LSI), a novel ultrasound-based semi-quantitative score for pleural motion assessment, across a spectrum of pulmonary diseases. The study will evaluate LSI's diagnostic accuracy for disease differentiation (e.g., pneumothorax, interstitial lung disease, COPD, pneumonia, pulmonary edema), its correlation with clinical severity markers, and its interobserver reliability using standardized operator training.
