Brief Summary: Aim of the study: The primary endpoint of this work is to explore the safety of allogeneic extracellular secretomes "extracellular vesicles" (EV) derived from umbilical cord mesenchymal cells (HUCMSCs) when injected perilesional repeatedly in stable non-facial vitiligo.
