Brief Summary: Approximately one third of individuals with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) are considered treatment-resistant, subject to severe disability and risk of suicide, and exhibit symptoms anchored in abnormalities of Research Domain Criteria (RDoC) Negative Valence Systems behavioral processes.
