Brief Summary: This prospective cohort study evaluated whether transabdominal ultrasound measurement of intravesical prostatic protrusion predicts symptom severity and response to medical therapy in men aged 50 years or older with lower urinary tract symptoms secondary to benign prostatic hyperplasia.
