Brief Summary: The purpose of this study is to improve the diagnosis and prediction of recovery after traumatic brain injury (TBI) in adults age 65 years and older. The study will follow older adults who present to the emergency department after TBI, as well as matched control participants, and will measure clinical features, brain imaging, and blood-based biomarkers over 12 months to understand how recovery changes over time.
